Redacted Digital has been my web practice since 2017. Small businesses come to me for a site and stay for everything around it — hosting, search, brand, the social accounts nobody wants to run.

Operations

Two concurrent operations roles covering 75 short-term rental units in downtown San Antonio. This is the work that taught me to hold a schedule when something breaks at the worst possible time.

Downtown Military Living

Field Operations Manager — January 2022 to now

Field operations across 60 units. Cleaning crews, maintenance vendors, and deliveries coordinated to hold turnover schedules in a dense downtown footprint.

Richland Ventures

Operations Manager — November 2019 to now

Daily operations for 15 downtown rentals, scheduled around continuous back-to-back bookings. The properties hold some of the highest guest ratings in the city.
